Terms of Service

These terms apply when a customer or authorized user accesses Corp Brain.

Effective date: 1 July 2026

1. The service

Corp Brain is a business AI service operated by Automatuum. It connects approved company sources, helps users find source-backed answers, creates reports and alerts, and provides research tools such as Sniper.

2. Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login details and use the service only for your organization or another organization that has authorized you. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

3. Customer data

The customer keeps ownership and control of its data. The customer confirms that it has the right to upload data, connect accounts and permit its users to access that data. Automatuum processes customer data only to provide, secure and support the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and any written customer agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Corp Brain to break the law, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, access data without permission, spread malicious code, bypass security, disrupt the service, or build a competing model or dataset from protected service output. Public Sniper research must be used lawfully and responsibly.

5. AI output and important decisions

Corp Brain is designed to show the sources behind its answers, but AI output can still be incomplete, outdated or incorrect when the connected source is incomplete, conflicting or misunderstood. Users must check the cited source before making important legal, financial, medical, safety, employment or other high-impact decisions. Corp Brain is not an autonomous decision maker and does not replace professional advice.

6. Connectors and third-party services

Some features depend on services such as Google, CRM providers, AI model providers or public web sources. Their availability and terms may affect the feature. Connecting a service gives Corp Brain only the permissions displayed during authorization. You may revoke a connector through the provider or ask us to disconnect it.

7. Fees

Fees, payment timing and any implementation charge are stated in the customer's proposal, order form or other written agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, taxes are not included.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Corp Brain reliable and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages and security work may affect availability. We may change features to improve the service, meet legal requirements or protect users, while avoiding material reductions to paid functionality without notice.

9. Confidentiality

Each side must protect the other side's confidential information and use it only for the agreed business purpose. This does not cover information that is public through no breach, independently developed, already lawfully known or legally required to be disclosed.

10. Intellectual property

Automatuum owns Corp Brain, its software, design and branding. The customer owns its data. Feedback may be used to improve the service without revealing the customer's confidential information.

11. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended when needed to stop a security risk, unlawful use, serious breach or unpaid fees. Either side may end the service as stated in the written customer agreement. After termination, the customer may request export or deletion where technically and legally applicable.

12. Liability

Each side remains responsible for obligations that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Automatuum is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made without checking important source material. Any additional limits are stated in the written customer agreement.

13. Governing rules

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Croatia and the European Union, unless a written customer agreement states otherwise. We will first try to resolve disputes directly and in good faith.
